What we do

One email, at exactly the right moment.

Sent in your agency's name

From Sarah Whitman · Whitman Insurance Group

To Homeowner on Birchwood Ln

Subject Your home policy renews in about six weeks

Hi Dana — quick note from a local agency. Your homeowner's policy looks like it comes up for renewal around late September, and most policies renew automatically at a higher rate unless someone checks.

If you'd like, I can run a quick comparison before yours locks in — it takes about ten minutes, and there's no obligation either way.

The homeowner replies

"We just got the renewal notice and it's up again. What would you need from us to see if you can do better?"

What a lead looks like

Every reply arrives as a full record.

The reply is just the start. Each lead lands with the enriched record behind it — the home, the renewal window, the contact details — pushed straight to your CRM.

  • Delivered to your inbox, Slack, and CRM within minutes of the reply
  • Disqualified automatically: bounces, auto-replies, unsubscribes, hostile replies
  • You only pay for replies that show real interest

How it works

Three steps. Then it runs.

  1. 01

    Claim your territory

100–500 ZIP codes, locked to your agency alone. First come, first served.

  2. 02

    We work the window

Personal emails in your agency's name, landing 30–45 days before each policy renews.

  3. 03

    Replies become leads

A Slack ping and a full CRM record within minutes. You quote. We keep sending.

Territory

One agency per ZIP. That's the whole rule.

The reason shared leads convert badly isn't the lead — it's the four other agents calling it. So we don't sell the same ground twice.

  • 100–500 ZIP codes per agency, chosen by you at onboarding
  • Locked on signature — held as long as you're active
  • Never sold twice — deduped across the entire network
  • Expand anytime into adjacent ZIPs that are still open
  • Full follow-up rights — every reply in your territory is yours, forever

FAQ

Straight answers

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No. After a one-time onboarding you pay per qualified lead, month to month. Pause or stop whenever — your territory releases 30 days after you go inactive.

What exactly counts as a qualified lead?

A homeowner in your territory who replies to our outreach expressing interest — asking for a quote, asking what you'd charge, asking to be called. We never bill an auto-reply, a bounce, an unsubscribe, a wrong contact, or a "no thanks."

How long until my first lead?

About 21 days. Roughly two weeks to warm sending infrastructure and build your list, then replies start arriving in the first sending week.

Let's see if your ZIPs are open.

Fifteen minutes. We'll pull your territory live on the call, show you real replies from agencies your size, and tell you honestly if this beats what you're already running.
